Here are just a few pictures that I think sum up the weekend. Reading down those two that started all of this for without them we would not be. While we all are not always on the same team the four different cloths could have easily stood for 4 of us in cloth diapers at one time. Next we have our youngest member Nicolas Anthony (sorry Jon but you have to plan it better, maybe the next one???); and there is teamwork; family traits (daring or foolish you be the judge Tim & Jared); patience award goes to Ryan who was on the Red Hatter's Team; our future golfers who can't wait until next year; the oldest in age and oldest BS'er; Concession appreciation - Gigi's nachos were a hit but next year could you get cotton candy for Nana; confessions are always available anytime even at the reunion; the most fruitful son (just 3 more to go Jon); and last but not least, these two say it all - family + friends = forever fun!!! The best comment of the weekend " Jess when you yell Dad 11 people turn and look " his father as jess is screaming at him. Best part i think jess thouhgt he was ignoring him.
Thank you Jay, Jo Ann and Gram for the hospitality as we turned your home into a St. Croix compound. Let's not forget the upset by the Uncle's defeating the nephews and the trophy I won and deserved will be handed to the next "Crappiest golfer of the weekend". Always good to see the entire gang together, especially the games. Thanks
Thank you to everyone for the great day! It was alot of fun to see everyone. I would like to send a special thanks to those of you who golfed and my cousins who participated in the games. Thanks to all of you Ryan was so tired he fell asleep at the Bachelor Party he attended that evening and missed the whole "club" experience! Hehehe...I guess you can always count on family! In all seriousness though, we loved spending time with you all. Thanks to Uncle Jay and Aunt JoAnn for hosting another great SOMBA!
Thanks Jay and JoAnn for the use of the compound for both Friday and Saturday. I believe everything went well. I would like to thank everybody that attended because it is nice to see everyone. I would like to especially thank Jim, Jean, and Jerome for helping me out on crushing the nephews on friday. Jan and Jeff thanks for cheering us on. I would also like to thank Jared, Tim, and Emma for defending our SOMBA crown on saturday. Jared and Emma they will probably try to break us up next year. But it sure will be nice to brag all year especially with the nephews. Thanks again to all it was truly a very good weekend for my family!!!!!!!!
It was definitely a great day!! Thanks Uncle Jay and Aunt JoAnn for hosting, and to everyone who helped plan it. Thanks for posting all the pics, too Uncle Jay! I think I ate enough food to last me for the rest of the summer.... It was great to see everyone though, and I had a blast :)
ps- Uncle Jon, just remember you are not the sole owners of the somba golf crown... you have to share it with our team too!(thanks to Ryan for that, haha)
Thank you Uncle Jay and JoAnn for hosting yet another wonderful ST. Croix reunion. We had so much fun! Matthew has been asking for the park again,and the big pool! Thank you again for making his day great! It was great to see everyone!
Jo Jo you can bring him over anytime you want and if we are not home don't worry about it just use the compound as if it was yours or you can call the neighborhood cousins who would come running once the hear the gate open!!! We are going out of town next week if Matthew wants to come and take care of Nana and in return he can play all day!!!
