The good news is that H.R. Block headquarters offered the Franchisee of Year our own Jo Ann St. Croix free tickets to the SUPER BOWL .... yes the Super Bowl. Warm and sunny Miami vs cold freezing Watertown. Congratulations Jo Ann! The Bad News is that she declined because being the diligent owner that won her the award in the first place she is putting her customers first and staying home during this peek tax time. So now we can all watch the game and wonder where Jo Ann and someone (you know me I would have declined also) would have been sitting.

I would have gladly volunteered to watch my GIANTS win it again this year. Jo Ann your loyality to your clients is commendable, I could not be that good to my clients.
