Maine was beautiful but you need to take your time to enjoy it. We didn't make it all the way north to the St. Croix River and Island but I am sure we will when we return someday. I took 615 pictures and could have taken double that but then we would have never got to the next site. Shopping, food and views you can't see anywhere else. We went from the highest mountain on the eastern seaboard to walking on the beach. The LL Bean outlet would cover our downtown for those who want to shop and seafood at every stop. This homebody recommends Maine as a place to relax and enjoy and try and get your spouse to take a few more steps......just kidding as I had to change after a few nose bleeds!!!!

Glad you two had a great vacation. Nobody more deserving than you two. Next time let your brother know to notify me when he takes my favorite grandmother to dinner. I still have some nightmares about it.........
Maine looks gorgeous! It is actually one of the places Ryan and I are looking into moving after he is done with school. I hope you two had a great trip, and maybe next time you visit you can visit us there!
Jonna, I am not getting any younger and I am not comfortable about being in a wheel chair on some of those trails. Jo Ann might just forget to put the brake on!!!! I should be retired in 2011!

Pictures are breathtaking, just how many moose did you see or is it mooses (Jayson I will refer that to you). I need to market that area.

Jonna, I had to go New Hampshire for a healthcare conference and I had to slam on my brakes in Vermont becuz a mother moose and 2 baby moose decided to cross this road, I knew I wasn't in Cohoes anymore. Regardless of the correct pluralative of moose, those animals are HUGE with a 6 inch hoof. I warned Jay and JoAnn as they were traveling through our area to Maine the same day I saw those mooses (sounds better than moose don't you think).

Uncle Jay, I was going to ask for more details on what kind of duties come along with that gig before giving an answer, as I would be glad to help Nano out. Then I remembered how your mind works (Ive heard about and seen some of the texts and e-mails) so I am going to have to turn it down and request that absolutely no more details are posted. By the way it seems like this comment section has taken a hard left turn from the scenery in Maine, which does look very nice.
