The Fundome
To all the NCAA lacrosse travelers and fans Mike called the other day to inform Papa his apartment is two blocks from the fundome. A good many Memorial weekends were spent there. Remember playing lacrosse in the lobby, hoping the ball could avoid going into the restaurant and that the ottomans would hold up as the goalie cages. Papa and I enjoy the blog. I check it at least 3 tmes aweek. Really enjoyed Jayson's tale of Dunc enjoying the Yankee Game. Guess he tried to eat his way through. Enjoyed the pictures of Mark,Looks like good form and those big guys don't bother him. Keep up the good work on the blog. Happy Birthday to all those June Celebrants and Happy Fathers Day next Sunday to all of you Dad's who so richly deserve a special day. Love you all. Amma & Big Papa

The fundome can't ever be accused of false advertising. I remember when the ball finally did go into the restaurant and rather than kick us out, they just tossed the ball back to us and enjoyed the rest of the game. I guess Central NY still has some work to do to be as lax-crazy as Maryland.
