Thanksgiving Prep and Entertainment 2007
Thanksgiving Eve is always fun around our place. Those that can show up to help bake or prepare food are always welcome. Yes, that is Julian helping to beat the cheese cake, don't tell his father. Tonight it was non-stop entertainment with an encore performance from High School Musical. Hope you enjoy it and if you ever want to sit in the audience and can stand the confusion mark your calendar for next year but I must warn you seating is limited....

Make a special Turkey this Thanksgiving
NEW TURKEY RECIPE You should try this! Here is a new way to prepare your Thanksgiving Turkey. 1. Cut out aluminum foil in desired shapes. 2. Arrange the turkey in the roasting pan, position the foil carefully. (see attached picture for details) 3. Roast according to your own recipe and serve. 4. Watch your guests' faces...

May your stuffing be tasty,
May your turkey plump,
May your potatoes and gravy
Have never a lump.
May your yams be delicious
And your pies take the prize,
And may your Thanksgiving dinner
Stay off your thighs!
Happy Thanksgiving!
Howdy Pilgrim!!!!

JEREMYAH - Birthday and Baptism all in ONE
Jeremyah celebrated his first birthday with family after his baptism on Sunday. He seemed to like the water poured on his head while his cousins liked performing on the alter. An exhausting day for this little guy who had to be awaken from his nap to blow out his candle. Thanks to everyone who took the time out their busy schedule to celebrate Jeremyah's day.

Papa was a day ahead of you Jayson because those were his words last night He is grateful for our family . Don't forget Papa says he's computer illiterate so he couldn't put it on the blog. Both Papa and Amma are so thankful for our family. We have had such a wonderful life. We are millionaires in gifts that are too many to be counted. Our sons, daughters-in-law, grandchilren and great grandchildren have given us so many happy times, and lots of memories to keep us going for a few more years. On this Thanksgiving may all of you find good health , a little wealth and as much happiness as you all have given to us. Love and Best Wishes to each and every one of you. Amma and Big Papa

NYC Marathon Support
Family support = family fun! Glad we could be there for Anthony but really does it look like anyone minded!!!! Great weekend with many stories for the family album. I won't go into details but be sure and ask Jayson about his food drive for the poor that he contributed to in NYC; Jared and Paris or I mean Gabby riding in a limo in a city that never sleeps; Jess the Jew and his sidewalk bargains; Anthony's Marathon Expo being held next to the Alternative Life Style Expo; Jared and Jess collecting Ben-Gay samples; Jay and Amy's tour of Harlem with sister Jill freaking out because Julia was with them; Papa Tony and Papa Jay sprint back to Zabar's to save $27 in the parking garage; Amy being so tired on the ride home that poor little Jensen didn't have a clean table wrap in front of her or a bib (some Mom!); Mama Jo's bargain at McDonald's in a McDonald's shopping bag - yes McDonald's has shopping bags in NYC and many more.... stay tuned as they surface.
Marathon Man Anthony
Another marathon under his belt. He will have to run at least 2 more so each of his kids will have a medal to play with. 38554 racers finishing times are posted. The results for Anthony are: place - 15520; gender place - 12233; age place - 1454; official time - 4:12:36; pace time 9:38 (next time don't stop and kiss the wife!!!). What an accomplishment! By the way he did have a better time than Katie Holmes (Actor Tom Cruise's wife) but Lance Armstrong was just a few winks a head of him. Sorry about the lack of pictures but: he either sprinted so fast to the finish line we missed him; or our view was blocked by some large racer running beside him; or we were in a bar having a cold one while he crossed the line; or we were distracted by some pink bras. I will let you be the judge of which story is true but one thing for certain he will definitely have to compete in another just for this photo buff - Disney 2009??? Our congratulations go out to Anthony - please feel free to leave a comment.
